Appointments for initial consultations must be made through your referring physician or local clinic. Please note that we do not accept direct appointments from individuals.

Even if you already have a referral from the Naval Hospital or on-base medical facility, your initial appointment must still be scheduled directly by your referring provider or facility.

  • For travelers and emergency patients

    Please visit the Emergency Room.

Please ensure you wear a mask when visiting the hospital.

  • If you have a cough, fever, or rash, please notify the general reception on the 3rd floor.
  • If you are a new patient without a referral letter from another medical institution, an additional fee “SENTEI RYOYOHI” of 7,700 yen (including tax) will be charged in addition to the standard first-visit fee.
  • To ensure your safety, we cannot issue prescriptions without a physical examination by a doctor.
  • If you do not speak Japanese, we kindly ask that you bring an interpreter. However, if needed, we also offer a medical interpretation service via video call to ensure clear and accurate communication.
